The planning process
- Initial contact with client with a view to establishing their requirements
and discussion of the services I can offer. - Site visit in order to overview the project and prepare a detailed costing
for planning application for clients approval - 2nd site visit to carry out a measured survey and identify any design
and planning constraints - Liaisons with the local Mairie and Statutory Authorities
- Preparation of detailed architect drawings for clients approval
- Preparation of the final dossier “Demande de Permis de Construire”
for submission to the local Mairie

I principally work within the Poitou-Charentes region which covers departments
16 (Charente), 17 (Charente Maritime), 86 (Vienne) and 89 (Deux Sevres).
Other departments outside this region are also considered on application.

Fees
Due to the variation of projects, each would be individually assessed and a written quotation would be prepared for approval with the client.
